SMR Construction Project Engineer

NuScale Power is hiring a Construction Project Engineer to support the deployment of our revolutionary small modular reactor technology. You will work at the intersection of design and construction, ensuring our SMR modules are manufactured and installed to the highest nuclear quality standards. Responsibilities: - Coordinate construction activities for SMR module fabrication and site installation - Review and approve construction work packages and procedures - Manage construction schedule and identify potential impacts - Interface between engineering design teams and construction contractors - Ensure compliance with ASME NQA-1 quality requirements - Support factory acceptance testing of reactor modules

- BS in Civil, Mechanical, or Nuclear Engineering - 5+ years of nuclear construction experience - Knowledge of NQA-1 quality assurance requirements - Experience with nuclear plant construction codes (ASME Section III, ACI 349) - Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities - Willingness to travel to construction sites (up to 50%) - PE license preferred
