Nuclear Security Specialist

Constellation Energy is hiring Nuclear Security Specialists to protect our nuclear fleet. This role ensures the physical security of nuclear facilities in compliance with NRC requirements. Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain site physical security programs per 10 CFR 73 - Conduct security assessments and vulnerability analyses - Manage access authorization program including background investigations - Oversee security force operations and performance testing - Support NRC security inspections and force-on-force exercises - Develop and maintain security plans and implementing procedures

- BS degree preferred; equivalent military/law enforcement experience considered - 5+ years of nuclear security or related experience - Knowledge of 10 CFR 73 physical protection requirements - Experience with access authorization and fitness-for-duty programs - Security clearance or ability to obtain - Strong leadership and crisis management skills - Prior military or law enforcement experience valued
