Licensed Reactor Operator

Constellation Energy is hiring Licensed Reactor Operators for our fleet of nuclear power plants. As the nation's largest clean energy producer, we offer outstanding career growth and stability. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of nuclear reactor systems during assigned shifts. Responsibilities: - Operate reactor controls and monitor plant parameters per operating procedures - Respond to abnormal and emergency conditions using trained procedures - Perform surveillance tests and equipment lineup checks - Maintain NRC license through continuing training program - Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and management teams - Participate in emergency drills and exercises

- NRC Reactor Operator License (active or ability to obtain within 18 months) - Navy Nuclear Program experience strongly preferred - High school diploma required; BS in Engineering preferred - Ability to work rotating shifts (12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends) - Must pass background investigation and fitness-for-duty requirements - Strong commitment to nuclear safety culture
