Job Description

Constellation Energy is seeking an experienced Decommissioning Project Manager to lead safe decommissioning activities at one of our retired nuclear power plant sites. Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of plant decommissioning including planning, scheduling, and budgeting - Oversee radiological characterization and remediation activities - Coordinate with NRC on license termination plan activities - Manage decommissioning contractors and ensure safety performance - Oversee spent fuel management and ISFSI operations - Report project status to senior leadership and regulatory bodies

Requirements

- BS in Engineering or related field - 10+ years of nuclear industry experience, 5+ in decommissioning - PMP certification preferred - Knowledge of 10 CFR 20 Subpart E (radiological criteria for license termination) - Experience with radioactive waste classification, packaging, and transportation - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills - Budget management experience ($50M+ projects)
